Volume is user friendly document management system

The ability to store documents in an easy format that can be easily retrieved and used by different people without having to worry about compatibility issues. It has helped us reduce our paper usage by 70%. We have also seen a reduction in time taken to retrieve files from our archives. Lack of proper training for the software users.
There are many other similar products available in the market which could be a better choice than volume. We were looking for a product that would help us archive old documents and make them easily accessible.

Pros

This is the most affordable tool when compared with all others, hence we chose it over its competitors because this was one item where affordability really came into play as far as deciding upon between multiple tools/products
