The team is very responsive, they are always willing to help and will work with you to find solutions. They really do care about their clients success! I've been working with them since our website first launched in 2012. It has taken several years to get where we wanted but every time there was something that needed to be changed or fixed it got worked on immediately! Great people to deal with who value customer service - not just profits! Their support staff have never let us down when i'm having issues and they are always happy to fix any problem or answer questions. Our site continues to evolve and improve thanks to their constant advice and feedback from the wider team here at Webcurrent. We use web current for all of our marketing campaigns whether it be email newsletters, social media advertising, etc. We wouldn't go anywhere else! The ability to customize our website with all that we need in order keep up-to date, without having to hire someone else every time there is something new or changed within their platform. There are some things I wish they could do better but overall it has been great working with them! They have helped us stay current by providing monthly updates as well as helping when needed during emergencies such as hurricanes/tornadoes etc.
