I placed my delivery order on June 24th, which was over a week ago, and I chose the pickup site. They call you a week before delivery and say that we are unable to deliver to your city because the pick-up point is closed; instead, they suggest that we send the package to the city next door, where you will have to travel to, spend a lot of time and money, and then pick it up. Yet, the argument is valid not only on 24, but also on previous days; it was valid the day before, and it is valid both today and on 24. (only 24 parcels are not issued). Ignore the request to pick up on another day when it is made. You have the option of picking up the order in another city, or you can cancel it. Aliexpress and DPD both provide awful customer service. I ruined someone's present. I do not suggest.
