My child has always slept by holding the blanket, squeezing it, sucking it, or covering his face when going to bed (I would definitely take them off as soon as they do fell asleep, but that was his way of calming himself down). He started kindergarten at 4 months and I knew he wouldn't have his own blanket so I did some research. After reviewing so many of them, I chose this one because of its love! And OMG if it didn't save a life. In kindergarten he sleeps without any problems and did not ask for a blanket at home. I just want to know that when he sleeps he's safe and I don't have to worry about anything happening to him. He's old enough to drag his mistresses around, suckle on them (never liked a pacifier), and I'm pretty sure it helped him get to sleep while teething. I will buy more and recommend to everyone.
