Review on Jefferies Socks Girls' Little Sport Quarter Crew Socks Half Cushion 6 Pack - Comfortable and Durable Athletic Socks for Active Girls by Mike Walters

I bought these socks for my daughter after reading other positive reviews. My daughter wears size 1 shoes and the sock size "Medium" (for shoe size 12-6 and "Revain size 8-9 1/2") fits perfectly. I'd like to wonder if the socks might be too small for someone who wears size 5-6 shoes, but it's hard to tell. I find the product name extremely misleading (Girls 2-6x?!) as the suggested sizes are clearly for girls outside of the 6X size range. One reviewer commented that the pink color of the socks (pink/grey combo 80% cotton, 17% nylon, 3% spandex) looked like the white socks had been loaded in the washing machine with something red, and I agree with that statement . but luckily it doesn't bother me or my daughter. Even though they're advertised as "seamless toe" socks, there's no doubt that there actually is a seam, but the company has made sure the seam isn't uneven and flatter. When I felt the seam with my fingers, all I could find was a slight bulge at the ends of the seams (so it could be the big toe and pinky toe). Luckily, however, my daughter isn't bothered by these very small bulges and seems to love these socks and prefers them to her other socks (we also tried Tootsie's "seamless" StrideRite). In terms of thickness, I expected them to be thicker than they are, but that's no big deal. In fact, I find the thickness just right, not too skinny, not too fat. They also feel very soft. All in all I would buy them again and recommend them. I wish they were in a larger size (adult size) for me!
