This kit contains all the necessary tools. The highlight for me was the meat thermometer, which was longer than others that allowed me to take the temperature without getting too close to the heat/flame. I compared the thermometer to my current one to verify the temperature readings and they matched. All in all, these are quality steel tools that should stand the test of time.
