Wow what a fantastic speaker out of the box. I started pushing Sonos on all my friends and family. Now I feel terrible for having lured them all into a trap of horrible customer service. This speaker no longer works. It has an almost constant hiss with occasional extremely loud pops and crackles. If you search for this problem, you will find that the internet is full of examples. Sonos support is 100% focused on connecting software, apps and accounts. They don't care about hardware issues at all, even in the form of support as an option. I was told to buy a new one, they don't fit. He didn't survive 2 years, sitting motionless and serene in one place.
