Perfect for preemies! My daughter loves them. She was born at 4lb 5oz, and they are the perfect size. She still uses them at 3 mos/9lbs. The 0-6mos is still a little big for her little mouth. They stay anchored in her mouth way better than the soothie-shaped kind.
