My doctors office isn't helpful at all and provided no tips or feedback. I started doing lymphatic Massages 2 weeks post op (lipo 360 w/BBL) and the massage therapist recommended this brand! I'm in love! Great support to help with the pain for bruising and swelling! Wish I knew about this product sooner and could have saved money on the other 2 I got that were a waste! Buying another now!
