I have a small online business and every time I ship a package I send a thank you card with a hair tie. Needless to say I bought 1000 hair ties! This is the worst thing I've ever bought. They are thin, out of shape, the elastic seems to have already stretched, and they were so compressed that I had to take them one at a time and try to "fluff" them. They don't look any better after all the effort I've put into them. I need to buy more from another company because I can't send them to my customers. You must be embarrassed by this product because I am embarrassed to send it to my customers.
