I've had 2 out of 20 devices that were defective and either didn't register as plugged in or didn't accept file transfers. I expected the same from a poor quality product like this so my production was fine and everything else worked fine. The packaging was a nice segmented box with each disc having its own slot which was handy for shipping/presenting to customers. If you buy them, be aware that about 10% are broken and overbought to avoid last-second complications. The price (at the time of purchase) was even cheaper, even if you bought the "add-on" just in case.
