The ring light is great when I can use it. However, the remote control required to use most functions is practically useless. The original battery died on the second day. It is in order. I don't expect months of use out of the box. I installed a new battery. died 2 days later. One more thing . died in less than a week. I went and bought a new set of disc batteries. The first died in less than 3 days. All this with 0-5 uses of the remote control per day.
