I am not a technical sales, but this has been a simple, easy, time -saving platform for me!

The interface was easy enough for me, as I am not technical at all! My sales have been increasing since implementing this software into my own website. It's one of those things you can't believe how much time it saves when compared with other platforms (even if they are free). Not many downsides really - but there could be more features in terms of social media management etc? As mentioned above though, very simple platform which has made getting started incredibly straight forward! We've noticed an increase in our traffic from search engine queries, so we're working hard on SEO now too.

Extremely user friendly
Very responsive customer service team via email or live chat
Great value pricing structure to learn & implement quickly without having huge expenses upfront.
Excellent support across most major browsers/devices including mobile devices like iPad / iPhone..etc.(I'm running Windows 8)
