Fits me with a little extra space, not snugly, although my head is slightly on the small side. Though the way the hat is shaped and angled downward, the wind has to be pretty strong to blow it off if the hat doesn't fit snugly. I appreciated the hat didn't arrived all crumpled. The bow looks nice. It's a quality product. The only complaint I have is that after a few wears a wire started poking out of the back of the hat. The wire is sharp and pokes me right in the neck if I lean back against anything, like a beach chair.
