Review on Shiseido Eyelash Curler Rubber Refills (Regular Size, 214) - Pack of 3, Total 6 Pieces (Made in Japan) by Danielle Smith

So I'm here to answer once and for all whether this fits Shu Uemura eyelash curler. After seeing my last pad go down the drain while washing my makeup brushes, I immediately went in search of a replacement and there were many doubts as to whether these Shiseido pads would fit. I've attached photos so you can see they fit with a slight gap on either side. I used it to curl my lashes and I didn't see much of a difference. They should work well for most people as they are still wide enough to cover the width of almost any lash, even with a gap. However, if you have a lot of lashes like me, I've noticed that some of the inner small lashes don't curl. After learning about this I tried grabbing it again and it worked well and seemed to curl all of my lashes. Does it completely replace Shu Uemura pads? Probably no. Is there a noticeable difference that justifies buying a new curler? Not that I can see. Are they good enough to use until you feel like shelling out $25 on new curling irons just to get two pads? Absolutely. And considering I got 6 pads for less than $7 when I bought them, this is a great opportunity to keep using my favorite eyelash curler now that I have more important things to spend $25 on can. After using this properly to prep mascara a couple of times to see if there is a difference I will update my review. This way I'll find out if it's ever worth buying Shu Uemura curlers just for their pads again and I'll let you know!
