My son wears a regular size 12 pant. The regular size 12 I bought for this product was too tight in the hips even when I adjusted it fully. My son couldn't even pull it all the way up. I have old size 8 pants that I saved to give to my cousins who are larger and looser than these. But these too skinny jeans are almost 14 sizes long. Without the tag and stickers on it I would assume the sizing was a manufacturer error.
