Review on DJT Women'S Stylish Tie-Dyed Tunic Top With Flattering Hankerchief Hemline by Andre Brignac

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Fits huge, one sleeve longer than the other, very thin fabric.

Removing a star because I got an annoying spam email from some unidentified person who says because I wrote a "good review and liked the top” they wanted me to review some sweater pill remover device! Why bother me, when I did NOT like the top (with 1 sleeve 5/8” longer than the other, paper thin fabric, etc)? And why email me from a suspicious name on the gmail domain? The fabric is very thin, and even though the shirt is very large on me it clings. It doesn’t seem that this shirt would hold together structurally very long, even if I washed and dried it on delicate in my front loaders, like I do all my other fine knits. The colors on this tie-dye shirt are much paler, there is much more of the dirty white background color, and a serious lack of the darkest blue streaks that you see in the sample photo. That makes this color combination not visually slimming. And yes, I studied dozens of reviews and looked at the sizing information provided by the seller, before selecting a size. This tunic is much larger than I expected, so that it hangs on me sloppily, The shoulders droop, slipping to the right, then to the left, so that the neckline gets tugged out of symmetry. (I am hourglass, 205lbs, 5 foot 6.5 inches tall, 42 DD, and at my hipbones 44 inches, for reference)But the worst thing is, one sleeve is 5/8 inches longer than the other!

Pros
  • Perfect for casual and formal occasions
Cons
  • The tie-dye pattern may be too bold for some people's tastes
