I didn't see or feel the difference. Don't waste money.

I thought I'd try this product for dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes. I heard there was a feeling of coolness when applying it. I thought that was it! I was wrong. I haven't noticed any lightening of dark circles under my eyes. I certainly haven't experienced the feeling of cooling down. I was very disappointed! I'm sorry I used Amazon points for this, but I'm glad I didn't spend $28! I will not buy this product again.
