A few months ago I bought a black 2006 Subaru Impreza. I've driven 140,000 miles on it and the paint didn't take very well. Scratches and scrapes all over the car. I washed the car with car shampoo which removes any coating that may have been on it. I then used a paint iron remover to remove any brake or track dust from the paint. Then I poured clay over the whole car. I used the polish with a double action buff and a medium pad with four coin sized drops per 2 x 2 foot patch. The paint did not form white dust and was easy to remove. This got rid of most of the swirls and scratches. I then coated this polish with the black turtle wax that comes with this polish. The difference was amazing. I recommend this product unreservedly!
