I've ordered a couple of pairs of these clogs, and they are always much larger than the size I ordered, using their size chart. I wear a woman's 9-9.5 and the first pair to arrive fit my husband's size 11 foot. Sent them back to exchange for a smaller size, and while they are still too large, they work. The tread insert on both the ball of the foot and the heel area really help so you don't slip. These have the one piece heel strap which is really too small. If you can actually get it over your heel, it pulls your feet so far into the clog that it jams your toes into the end of the toe area. I don't use it so it really isn't a problem. Overall, these clogs have good arch support, are flexible, and the colors are great.
