After upgrading my 5th wheel with this King Jack antenna I also have the Winegard Replaced bat wings on my RV. The product looks well built using quality materials and good design. New installations or retrofits are easy and require basic skills and tools. My score is lower because of poor customer service. The website says that the chat feature is available, but actually it isn't. A phone call will either put you in a very long queue, or you will be disconnected or sent to the voicemail system. I have received email replies but they are delayed by a few days and as is often the case these days the reply has nothing to do with the question asked. While King offers a quality product at a reasonable price, after-sales support is key in any discretionary spending business. Unfortunately, the customer support is not at the level it should be for good customer satisfaction. King needs to set up and run a responsive chat function, add more people to their phone staff, and reduce email turnaround time.
