Guys, this product really works! Just make sure you know how to actually dose it! By that I mean the amount, time of day and frequency per week that you consume this product. I used to drink it after my daily work/study around 6pm but it gives you a lot of energy and I was consuming more water than recommended for the same reason but still. I had some trouble sleeping, but at least I got my homework done! ;) Anyway, use/drink it in the morning and you will be hooked! It gave me hours of energy and was a great fit with my diet and training (ie Muay Thai and Interval Training) and I lost over 20 pounds in 1.5 months.
