Good enough for the price. It could be better. Installed with TCL 55R635 55 " mount adjusted to max height.

Hi everyone! After a few days of reading and finding bindings within my budget I settled on this binding. A few things I like and dislike Pros: price, height adjustment, tilt/swivel, metal base Easy to install Vesa hardware Kit includes screws and spacers of different sizes for different size TVs/mounts ( Photo of additional equipment after the TV is fully installed with the bracket).A place for things to be conveniently placed on the bracket without creating space problems.Cons - My main criticism is that the top bracket which is the one attached to the ball joint Vesa mount connects, is not so easy to fix.Make sure the top screw sits very, very tight when installed as it only has one - unlike the bottom hinge which has a double screw and doesn't tilt to one side or the other. Easy to attach by tightening, but as you can see in the photo I've marked it with red lines, it can get "off level" and the TV can tilt to one side or the other - with a little maneuvering it can be leveled manually. The tighter the top screw is tightened, the less likely this is. My second "issue" is that no cable management or zip ties are included. I used some zip ties to route the wires along the rails and then climbed down the pillar to hide. I need bigger zip ties to make it look cleaner. With no cords or zip ties, I didn't want any cords getting tangled when I turned the TV either way. I would get that again if I had to adjust the tripod mount, since I'm not allowed to drill and assemble in my apartment. A very cost-effective solution that allows me to view the TV from my desk on one side and the kitchen area to the other side of the TV, and easily turn the TV to face the direction I want.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it says
