Review on Interact Retail by King Reeves

This program is one of our favorites; it has all we need at this point in time, but there should be more options for customizing/editing existing modules as well adding new ones! I wish they would improve their customer service if you have any issues or questions regarding use-ability etc., so much better than just being able to open an email from them once every 3 months when something goes wrong!! We love how easy everything works within ARI - great integration between hardware devices (Lighting API), mobile app, site analytics platform & reporting dashboards.
