Review on Appointment Management Software | Fonbell solution by Robert Toomey

The best thing I like is that it has all my contact details in one place, so no need to search for different contacts every time i want to send an appointment reminder or update someone's information etc. Also being able to add notes/reminders helps me keep track of what needs doing next without having to go back into calendar app separately! Sometimes there are some bugs which makes us unable to use certain features but we have been using this software since last 3 years now and never faced any major issue till date (we do not get support from fonbell). We used to receive reminders through phone calls when our clients were unavailable at the moment they called up. This was very annoying as sometimes they would call multiple times before getting connected. Now thanks to fon bell we don't face such issues anymore.
