Review on diodrio by Chris Cervantes

I was eager to put to use the new set of hand tools I bought from Diodrio. One of the tools was missing from the package when it came. I contacted Diodrio's support staff for help but was unsatisfied with their answer. They were sluggish to respond and didn't seem eager to assist me in fixing the problem. Even though they agreed to ship a replacement tool after several emails back and forth, it took weeks to appear. What made things worse was that the replacement tool I received was not the same model as the one I had ordered. It didn't feel like the real thing and didn't perform as well as the one I'd lost. My interactions with Diodrio were, on the whole, very dissatisfying. Although the quality of their goods was acceptable, the quality of their customer care was not. If you're in need of dependable and prompt service, I wouldn't suggest using them.
