I was looking for an infant shoe that would look nice, go with a lot of outfits, stay on her feet, and keep her feet warm. This is tall order when it comes to infant shoes. It is VERY difficult to meet these criteria, especially finding something that will stay on my baby girl's narrow feet. I LOVE THESE BOOTS! They do everything they are supposed to. She has to get kicking and wiggling pretty hard to work them off her feet. The velco sides make it easy to get the boots on and off, but also keep her feet in. I will definitely be buying another pair. Note: I bought the gray ones with the bow on the side - super cute and go with a lot of colors and styles.
