Review on mypeoplebiz by Tim Harrington

I like that it allows me to search for more than one skill so i can find people with skills not listed in their profile which is good because they may have some hidden talents! It's also easy enough for beginners as well, although there are other programs out there better suited towards beginner users. As of now this program does require an account even if your just using free trial mode. There should be no limiters put upon accounts who do use paid versions or those who want to try before buying but currently only certain aspects work without purchasing them. If someone has never used any kind of recruiting software then finding employees would likely prove difficult since many employers will ask potential candidates about previous experience. This makes creating job ads tedious especially when having multiple applicants apply for jobs where different positions differ vastly from eachother (ie- HR vs Accounting).
