I first purchased a similar product from Home Depot. The problem was that you had to screw the plate to the wall and then screw the bronze cover and rubber bumper onto it. This required a very specific spacing of the board edge from the wall and quite a bit of torque, which just shouldn't happen with 1/2" thick drywall. This one, on the other hand, has a screw hole on the right-hand side, in the middle, no assembly required, the screw goes under the rubber, dismantling is made easier by a removable threaded pin.
