The ability for one individual or small team of people to use this tool makes it ideal for busy teams who don't have much budget. You are also able to set up multiple templates which allow different processes to be repeated without being overwritten by new changes. It is not free; however, there is no upfront cost so I would still recommend. If someone has a large enough business then they will most likely get their money's worth from it but if your just starting out then it might take some getting used to having all these options available. We were using another product previously but realised quickly that this was too complicated. Now everything is in one place making our life easier!
