. It's about two months to and from work. I noticed that the silver metal hook holding the strap was loosening and the screw in the bag's fabric had fallen deep into the bag somewhere. I contacted customer service but they have "no recommendation" for a solution. It's expensive to send back a letter for error checking, and if they don't find anything, what happens? I need to take it to a dry cleaner near me and see if they can fix it. I was upset because I really liked this bag.
