My daughter got this as a gift from a family member and didn't bother with the shade. When she was 14 she just threw it away and I found it by accident while taking out the garbage, grabbed it, washed it and tried it myself. I love this lip gloss and I swear I will never wear anything else! I have over 20 different lip glosses in different shades and flavors and gloss levels and this is the first thing I've ever put on my lips that doesn't flake. My lips don't dry out, but every time I apply lip gloss or lipstick my lips are flaky in the evening or the next day. When I realized it wasn't right I immediately bought more because I never want to go out! I'm not a fan of mint and I avoid mint in toothpaste, drinks or food, but it's refreshing and tastes great! This color is just right for a shimmery, but not shiny, glassy nude lipstick. I wear dark, heavy makeup. I wear makeup most of the time and have to wear bare lips to make sure I'm not looking, but this shade is so natural and understated that I can wear it to the pool or the grocery store or even to bed and I always know it that my lips get the best care, my breath smells fresh and I draw everyone's attention with my full, shiny lips! I want to buy as many as possible to make sure I never run out! Oh and my daughter found that the light pink shade suited her complexion much better and now we're both big fans!
