Without a doubt the best CrossFit training shoe. I'm used to wearing Nike Metcons and Metcon Flyknits and the Nano 8 blows them both out of the water. I will never wear methcons in training ever again. The Nano has a flat, extremely stable sole as well as amazing cushioning and enough support to prevent shin splints and cramps during intense training sessions. I have high arches and I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable enough for working out and yet remain flat, but these are perfect. I'm a real 7.5 and that's what I ordered in them.
