These are exceptionally fragile cutting tools - you must be very careful with feed and speed; otherwise you will break them right and left. But when used properly, they can be very effective. I use them for routing PCB prototypes - they're a bit big for many projects, but great to get started. I would be very careful using them in tougher materials like steel, aluminum and even wood. Cutting forces can build up on you, and these little bits are not forgiving of overload. But when used properly, these are very useful cutters.
