Bad batch vinyl: Adhesive Vinyl

Not even a year older when I use it in my cricket (yes the settings are correct, yes it's turned right, yes I know what I'm doing) Once it is done falls apart, don't stay together, you can't easily pick it up, especially when you cut with the cricket, everything just falls apart, this end can't be kept together. I don't know if it's a bad batch or what the problem is but I will never buy this vinyl again. I wasted so much just trying to get something to stay!
