Ordered 2 large beds for my dogs, 12lbs and 27lbs doggies. The beds were well packaged, and clean. When you first take it out, FLIP IT INSIDE OUT so the soft surface is on the inside and the BLACK Bumpy surface is facing the floor for grip. My dogs absolutely love it, and now our being little couch potatoes.The reviews that were being left that the bed is rough and not like the picture, please pay attention to the details of the bed and flip it inside out; then it will look like the picture you ordered.
