After making the inquiry, I was presented with a response within a day (!) saying that "Warranty service is provided at the site of purchase of Razer devices." Is this the kind of commitment you've been yelling for all along? No, I'm not addressing you with another person's mouse; I'm using one of your own products, and it doesn't matter where I got it because the person who sold it to me didn't make it; they just resold it. In overall, I have been let down by Razer, both the company as a whole and its individual goods. If you are still interested in purchasing it, your best bet is to do so from a local vendor, such as dns or amazon, where you will have the option to exchange or return the item.
