So I've waited a few months to write a review. The tension of the black ring is too high for me personally and causes fatigue and cramps in my hands. The purple rings are perfect, causing no discomfort and refining your aim. You'll probably need to go into the settings and adjust the aim sensitivity. Durability doesn't seem to be an issue. Note that this is difficult if not pointless with the joystick extensions that come with the Scuf Vantage 2, as I said it's doable if you just adjust both clamping rings to 1 joystick, but they will stick and can move to the target if you remove your thumb. Excellent durability so far and no signs of wear. I play FPS 3-4 hours a day and up to 8 hours on weekends so I've been waiting to write this review, again it only uses Suf Vantage 2 but I'm sure it will be the same for all controllers should. Great product and I am planning to get another backup set
