This wok exceeded all expectations and I was skeptical at first, but this wok is just perfect. I cleaned and seasoned it a few times before using it the first time, and it has replaced my cast iron skillet since I've had it. I use this thing for whatever I can because it heats up and cooks very quickly. It has a detachable wooden handle and a small spout that makes it easier to pour our sauces. As for the accessories, I would say that some are made quite cheaply, the wok spatula is great, but everything else seems too fragile for continuous use. A dirty frying spoon is very useful, but after some use it feels flimsy and I think the handle could come loose at any moment. Ordinary spatula, nothing special. The rice spoon is large and rather thin. Chopsticks make it easier to turn food when frying. The pan is easy to remove and install and is handy for draining excess oil before immediately transferring it to something else to soak up the excess oil even more, e.g. B. Paper towels. As for everything else I haven't used it at all but I think the meat fork seems to be the thinnest and thinnest of them all but I can't confirm how well it works, it's also VERY sharp. Which brings me to my final and only issue with the wok itself. The edges are thin and SHARP, I made a few cuts myself, I think they could be rounded off a bit as they are pretty easy to trim, it's like Cutting paper, except it's carbon steel, it's not great. The lid also has a very strong smell of cedar oil, but after washing and a bit of use it's gone, but that was hardly a problem. Overall this is a very good product in terms of price, style and utility! The wok is very good, despite the sharp edges, the non-stick surface after seasoning is great, heats up very quickly and evenly. The accessory is useful and does the job, but how long it actually lasts is questionable and the best accessory in my opinion is just a wok spatula. It's easy to clean and the included cleaning brush is great, tough but not too hard to scratch anything. I definitely recommend getting this wok.
