99% of people will experience issues with the microphone, and the right ear will be louder than the left (this issue can be fixed by adjusting the sound settings in Windows, but it will return after the computer is restarted). I strongly advise that you immediately remove the sound card from its packaging and either plug it into the motherboard socket or into a high-quality external sound card. Some pros: They have a mute button for the microphone that is located on the earpiece, and the sound quality is satisfactory. Its cons: The price was high, but considering that it included a detachable microphone, a button to turn it off, and excellent ergonomics, I do not feel that I wasted my money. Included sound card is of poor quality.
