Absolutely the best rings you can buy

I love these. I'm 67 and I work out all the time, but I haven't worn rings in about 25 years because the park took them off then. According to the YouTube video instructions, I hung them on my horizontal bar outside at 5ft since I'm 6ft tall. I couldn't jump, so I stood on a chair and sank down. I was in so much pain. But I tried 30 times a day all day long. On Day 4, I did full dips and leg raises, but only 2 sets. Maybe 5 sets next week. You MUST get a set of these.
