This is a fan. $50 for a fan. This is in no way an AC unit. I can only assume that most of the positive feedback comes from people who have already used this fan in a cool environment. When you use this little device to cool a warm/hot room, it mainly blows warm air through a fan. Adding ice water to the TOP (rather than the bottom as you'll read in some reviews) does little to cool the air being blown. This borders on false advertising as it is by no means an AC device.
