I don't know about mounting hardware, I chose to use two mounting plates rather than attaching directly to concrete, but it's a great device I am very satisfied. Consider the dimensions, I wanted a minimal depth unit and it fits my rack mounting gear but with the rails pushed all the way forward leaving no room for a wired door in the front but I was fine with that . .
