I love being able to manage my service business from anywhere in the world because it has an office, phone number & voicemail system integrated into one platform! The product support team also seems amazing at helping me solve problems when things don't go as planned or if there are upgrades available they will let you know ahead so no surprises!! Nothing for now but what can be improved : price (considering competition), mobile apps would make this even better than desktop only users have today - more convenient way to connect with customers while not always using your home wifi/cell data etc., ability add new technicians quicker without having them start over each time by creating profiles rather automatically pull info directly off LinkedIn profile page which makes adding employees easier too.
I like how easy it was to use, as well has being able touse in multiple ways with one program! It's not perfect yet but we have been using for about 2 months now so far there are no major issues right know (at least from my knowledge). We were looking at other programs before deciding which ones would work best since our previous system didn't really do what i wanted or needed when doing invoicing/billing etc., this did everything perfectly!!
