It took me a long time to find a pair of water shoes with a decent non-slip tread. Because of that, it's incredible. I use them in the shower because I broke my ankle a few months ago and I'm afraid of slipping in the tub. I also use them in our pool when doing water exercises. I didn't want to order them because my broken ankle was still swollen. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to just put the shoes on. They are very flexible and glide effortlessly. They are very comfortable and fit my feet perfectly. I wear size 10 shoes. Based on the reviews I read I ordered the medium (size 8). They're still a bit roomy, but not by much. Excellent investment.
