I like that you can use your own rewards or create new ones if needed. The dashboard is very simple but still has all of the features we need. Also, they are always adding more ways to customize things so sometimes there's an update and some functions get removed which bugs me because I hate being told what I'm allowed to do with my account. You should try them out! We've been using their service since late 2018 and have had no issues at this point in time. They're great people who care about our success as well as giving us amazing customer support. It helps us keep track of everything related to our tournaments and gives us peace of mind knowing that we don't need to worry about anything.
