A week ago I called Graco to complain about poorly written instructions for my recently purchased Pack N Play Quick Connect. The instructions in the manual talk about connecting parts that don't exist and are vaguely worded. I also noticed that the instructions say to use a Graco blade. I bought a Graco quilted bed sheet but found that it covers the 4 velcro straps in the corner of the mattress that attach to the cradle. The cloth also covered the straps and loops that were to be connected to the playground floor. When I asked Graco Customer Service about this, they told me that I would need to purchase a blade made specifically for the Quick Connect and that I could find it at local stores or at Revain. I couldn't find them at my local store so that's a lie but I knew I would find everything at Revain. I ordered them and they still cover the velcro and straps so what's the point?! Also, these leaves are hard and prickly! You might as well use a non-Graco sheet as both sheets will cover the parts that attach to the mattress. I will never buy a Graco product again. Their instructions are poorly written and their customer service is terrible! What kind of company does that when it comes to baby products?!
