This sleepyhead is easy to use and adjustable enough that I can tighten it so it doesn't hang around my head; However, the hat falls over my eyes, which is a bit uncomfortable. The silk keeps my hair from turning into a bird's nest overnight, but the cap smoothes the top of my hair so nothing adds volume to it in the morning. It's just flat. The sides aren't affected as badly and stay smooth all night until morning when they can be revived and turned into glowing curls. That's just the problem with the tip. Update: I added a fifth star to my review because I've found that if I style my hair neater under the cap and tie the cap tighter, the top of my hair is a lot less flat and the rest becomes a lot frizzier. I liked it so much that I bought a second cap!
