These are very good for light days and for "spotting." Be careful that you are sure it's a light day. I'm not sure they would work for a heavier day. Although, you can always keep extras in your purse. Luckily, they are very thin and fold up very small, so you can put one or two even in your wallet, just in case. They have the majority of the padding in the center, which is about thong width, and some thinner wings on the sides to avoid stains from rubbing. That's a good idea, in my opinion. You get more protection without bulk. Very comfortable to use and the adhesive does not ruin your underwear.
