During the COVID era, my son got very angry and had a lot of energy when he was at home. This box set gave him the opportunity to let it out. He put on his gloves and launched into a percussive rhythm. and to be honest he calms down pretty quickly. If you have a child who is frustrated and high energy from being at home, great. Please note that this applies to younger children. *Caution* Also note that grown men who think it would be fun to throw a punch will inevitably get hit in the balls on the backswing - every time. So keep that in mind when making your purchasing decision.
